This afternoon, despite a lack of sunshine, the village came together to celebrate 60 years since the Queen's coronation in the form of a village fete.
There were many stalls, games, a karate demonstration, dog show and a selection of competitions to enter as well as an abundance of locally sourced food and drink.
The local youth club organised a series of children's races with rosettes for winners and runner up places, and the afternoon was rounded off with a tug- of- war.
A fantastic afternoon was enjoyed by all those who attended. I'm sure a great deal of money was raised. All the proceeds will go to the village hall restoration fund
Great Photos!!
