Kelsale School Celebrates the Diamond Jubilee

Key Stage 2 hosted a Diamond Jubilee tea Party for the whole school this afternoon. Along with help from many adult helpers, cakes were baked and cucumber sandwiches were made.
Each child was given a red, blue or white jewelled crown to wear and we joined together in the hall at 2pm.
We all stood to sing the National Anthem before some of Year 4/5 brought round the sandwiches.
We rounded off the afternoon with Victoria sponge and scone.  In typical Kelsale style, beautifully behaved children and an army of amazing adult helpers meant a good time was had by all.  Thank you to all the amazing bakers for their time and sponges!
