Children woke up earlyish and we made our sandwiches for lunch. Then breakfast! Most were starving and ate several rounds of toast, bowls of cereal and yoghurt. We then left for the beach where we explored the rockpools and created sandcastles. We had races on the beach including staff! We have since had a game of rounders back at the centre and are about to go and have our tea.
We explored rock-pools and found crabs, hermit crabs, limpets, snails, shrimp and much more. After the rock-pools we ate lunch on the beach and then built sandcastles and had races across the sand including teachers!
We are now about to go for a walk and a game of rounders before tea.
