Our morning began with all of us arriving and putting up tents, we then had a little break and explored the area.
As you can see from the photos we are all having a super time!!!!
After a fab nights sleep last night (as all children did go to sleep very quickly and were excellent during the night!) we had breakfast: Cereal 2 to 3 helpings, plus toast and juice, we made and packed our lunches and headed off towards Thorpeness along the beach.
We arrived and were treated to an ice cream!
We put on our life jackets and got into our boats.
We all had a fabulous time and the children all rowed! They were superb! The girls are currently prepping the homemade bread ready for tonight's dinner!
We're looking forward to our camp fire and fishing tonight!
So we have been fishing and caught two soles and the camp fire is lit ready for marshmallows. Photos to follow soon.

Wednesday 11th June
After a good nights sleep and a delicious breakfast we went pond dipping in the Warden's pond. We found:
pond skaters, blood worms, midge larvae, water boatman, dragon flies, Damsel flies, damsel fly nymphs, whirly gig beatles, water snails, and many other interesting creatures.
The year 3's have also arrived and we enjoyed a lovely group lunch together. We will be having a last explore of the site and the beach before we will be leaving Wardens.
