A beautiful afternoon in the sunshine with class 6

Sometimes, we like to take advantage of the beautiful grounds at school.  This afternoon was no exception.  We took our Egyptian burial masks and our gold paint out to the grass and enjoyed!

KS2 Tag Rugby Tournament

Yesterday afternoon, these incredible children represented Kelsale in the Inter-schools tag rugby tournament and, as always, performed and behaved extremely well. When thinking back to our 4th place finish last year, our children have made superb progress in their skills and tactics within the game. As a result, the team came a very close second place this year! Ultimately, the winning place came down to try difference, which we missed out on by just 1 try. The children showed excellent sportsmanship whilst playing other schools and behaved impeccably, making their school very proud once again! Thank you to Miss Smith and Mrs Varela for accompanying the children and to the parents who were there to support!
