Well done to all of our children for behaving so sensibly with their Christingles this afternoon. It was a shame that we were unable to walk to the church for our service due to the weather conditions but we adapted and made our school hall look beautiful instead. Thank you to Rev D for leading a wonderful Christingle service!

Santa Fun Run
A huge well done to all of our children and a massive thank you to all of you who came to support today's Santa Fun Run! It was incredible to see so many people running and enjoying themselves, with so many smiles and laughs out on our field. Both KS1 and KS2 had so many supporters which we, and the children, absolutely appreciate. Long may the Daily Mile continue! Also, many thanks for all of your 50p entries; we have raised enough money to cover the cost of our backdrop - hooray!

Football Tournament @ AVA
Congratulations to our Year 5 and 6 boys who competed in the Football tournament at Alde Valley Academy yesterday! Their team work and collaboration was fantastic, as well as their sportsmanship, as they faced tough competition. However, this did not phase our children as they did not concede a single game which meant they won the tournament! Thank you to Alde Valley for hosting, Mrs Ridgeon for accompanying them, and Mr Skeggs and Mrs Godbold for your football teaching contribution.
